1. Open Run. (Windows+R)
2. Type ‘regedit’ and press Enter or click Ok.
3. Expand ‘HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT’ and click on lnkfile.
4. Right click on ‘IsShortcut’ from right panel and click delete.
5. Now restart your computer.
